From potential to career readiness

Young people do not need a verdict on who they should become. They need a trusted way to understand the professional identity they are building, test it against the real world, and make their next choice with agency.

Why it matters

Many young people receive fragmented information about themselves: grades, tests, parents' opinions, market trends. Rarely do these signals add up to a coherent picture from which they can make their own choice.

Meanwhile the world of work changes faster than curricula — and the cost of a blind choice is measured in years.

YTAA creates a space where potential is explored through experience, reflection and feedback — not through automatic classification or comparison with others.

The change we exist to create

  • describe their developing professional identity, strengths and current growth areas in their own words;
  • compare their abilities and interests with the real, changing requirements of education and work;
  • recognise where their learning needs updating — rather than wait until graduation to discover the gap;
  • test possible directions through cases, projects, mentoring, internships or other short real-world experiences;
  • choose a next step with more independence from inherited expectations — and explain the reasoning behind it;
  • show evidence of what they have tried, learned and can now be trusted to do.

Our mission

Our mission is to help young people turn emerging self-understanding into career readiness: to reflect on their strengths, relate them to real opportunities, gain practical experience and make their next education or career choice with agency.

  • creating meaningful assessment and reflection experiences;
  • translating insight into a personal professional-identity conversation, not a fixed occupational label;
  • making the labour market and its changing skills demand understandable to young people;
  • connecting participants with cases, projects, mentors, internships, higher-education options and early-career opportunities;
  • recognising demonstrated learning and capability through careful, evidence-based feedback and recommendations.

What we never promise

  • admission, a scholarship, a job or a visa;
  • a fixed occupational label or an automated verdict;
  • transfer of a participant's profile to partners without explicit consent;
  • results we cannot yet demonstrate.
