A research agenda, not a press release.

YTAA studies what young people actually demonstrate — not what they say about themselves. Our data accumulates with every Nova Polis assessment session and every ConsultBuro guidance track. We publish only when the data exists — with methodology and limitations stated.

Youth Talent Outlook — first edition planned for 2027

Our annual report on demonstrated competencies, built from anonymised, consented assessment data. The first edition requires a minimum dataset; we publish the threshold and our progress toward it.

What we study

Three research directions — and the readiness loop itself. They are an agenda, not a finished catalogue.

Self-perception gaps

Where teenagers over- and under-estimate their own competencies, and what closes the gap.

Regional skill maps

What competencies different regions actually demonstrate.

Future profession interests

Where demand and early interest are moving.

The readiness loop itself

Whether connecting young people, universities and employers in one recurring cycle measurably improves education and career choices.

Our data base today

Every figure in future YTAA research comes from practice that already runs: Nova Polis assessment sessions (12 competencies, three independent perspectives) and ConsultBuro career-guidance tracks. Both operate today; the association turns their accumulated, consented data into public research.

Research design, interpretation and publication remain independent of sponsors. Companies may fund research; they cannot buy its conclusions.

Methodology

Data is anonymised and collected only with informed consent. Limitations are published with every report.
